Before first use, twist the bottom tip a few times until the color is visible in the brush. For subsequent uses, twist less frequently. Apply to areas that need to be brightened or concealed (e.g. dark circles under the eyes, nasolabial folds, or corners of the lips and eyes) and blend with your fingertips.
