What are volume eyelash extensions?

Volume eyelash extensions are different from classic ones because they give more length than volume. Volume lashes give the appearance of thicker lashes. Lashes can be from 2D to 20D, which means that there are 2 to 20 artificial hairs per natural eyelash. As a rule, the procedure takes 2-4 hours, depending on whether the stylist uses pre-made eyelash fans or not.

Volume Lashes are extremely light and thin (starting at 0.03 mm thickness) and are formed into fan-shaped tufts before being extended to natural lashes. This technique increases the number of eyelashes up to 700 or more hairs per eye, giving a spectacular look and unparalleled volume.

What are volume eyelash fans?

Fans are pre-made eyelashes for volume extension, which will allow you to skip the first and most difficult step - forming volume fans by hand.

One volume fan can consist of 2-20 eyelashes, which is why they are also called 2D-20D fans. The D number indicates the number of hairs per tuft. The pre-made lashes come in a box where they are neatly attached on adhesive strips. Eyelash masters can use the tapes in the same way as during classic eyelash extensions. Pre-made lashes, like any other eyelash extension, come in a variety of thicknesses, curls and lengths.
