Products return policies 

8.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement and return the goods by notifying the Seller within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, under the following conditions:

8.1.1. The Buyer may return the goods if the goods are of good quality, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and their appearance has not changed substantially.

8.1.2. Upon receiving the Buyer’s notification by email (the email must specify the item to be returned and the order number) regarding the withdrawal from the purchase and sale agreement, the Buyer shall return the goods to the Seller within 15 days of sending the notification.

8.1.3. After receiving the returned goods and assessing their condition, the Seller will refund the Buyer the paid amount within 7 days.

8.1.4. If the returned goods are found to be used, damaged, altered, or otherwise not compliant with product appearance requirements, the Seller reserves the right to inform the Buyer about the identified deficiencies and refuse to accept the returned goods.

8.1.5. Goods that are perishable, goods in sealed packaging that cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, and similar items, cannot be returned.

8.1.6. The Buyer’s expenses incurred when returning goods to the Seller are not reimbursed.

8.2. The return policy is based on the provisions of the Civil Code and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania approving the Retail Trade Regulations (11 June 2001, No. 697, 2014 edition).

8.3. For goods listed in the Retail Trade Regulations as items that the seller is not obliged to replace or refund if they are of suitable quality—such as perfumery, cosmetics and toiletry products, hygiene products, unpackaged health-related items, and others—the Seller is not obliged to replace them or refund the Buyer.

8.4.
