For medium, thick or coarse hair: apply to damp hair and leave for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
For medium or fine hair: apply to dry hair and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with shampoo.
For an additional nourishing treatment: apply before and after shampooing as above.
