When ordering abroad, shipping is extra: + 11 eur (in the European Union), + 13 eur (Norway and elsewhere) by registered priority mail.

Warranty for the lamp - 24 months, for the charging cable - 12 months. The warranty applies only upon presentation of the purchase receipt. The warranty does not apply to:

• for malfunctions caused by improperly connecting devices to the electrical network or due to electrical network malfunctions;
• for failures caused by exposure to chemicals;
• for changing the color of the device (yellowing, contamination, etc.);
• for malfunctions caused by connecting the product to electricity supply, telecommunications, cable networks that do not meet state standards, due to other external factors (e.g. humidity or temperature effects), as well as improper handling of the device (e.g. cleaning, shaving marks, scratches or other mechanical damage violations);
• for breakdowns or defects that occurred during the transportation of the devices, if they are transported by the buyer himself;
• after finding traces of an attempt to get inside the device, also if the product is repaired by the buyer himself;
• after finding changes to the design or scheme of the product (except those described in the user manual);
• upon finding mechanical damage;
• after finding malfunctions caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids or animals (eg insects) getting inside the device;
• in all other cases where the item's defects were caused by the buyer's failure to follow the user's instructions, or the item's defects were caused by the fault of third parties or force majeure;
• warranty repair does not apply to: plastic, glass, rubber and paper parts.
