Intensive Cream Developer Oxidant 3% is a hydrogen peroxide-based cream oxidant for use with Intensive eyebrow and eyelash dyes. The oxidant helps activate the dye formula and achieve an even color result.
The creamy, non-drip formula ensures convenient mixing of dye and oxidant and precise distribution of the product during eyebrow and eyelash dyeing. The 3% (10 vol.) concentration is particularly suitable for eyelash dyeing and is recommended for more sensitive skin.

Mixing:
Mix Intensive dye with 3% cream oxidant in a 1:1 ratio, using equal amounts of both products. Mix until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Coloring:
Apply the prepared mixture to eyebrows or eyelashes.
Working time:
Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired color intensity and the procedure used. The manufacturer of Intensive dye specifies a working time of 10 minutes for eyelashes and 3 minutes for eyebrows.
Cleaning:
After the working time has elapsed, carefully remove the dye.
Important: The product is intended for use in conjunction with Intensive dye. Use according to the manufacturer's instructions and avoid contact with eyes.
