Cream neutralizer for eyebrow lamination 15 ml
Thuya neutralizing cream (Step 2) is used during eyebrow lamination. Fixes hair.
The neutralizer has a creamy texture that prevents run-off and eases application. It's comfortable and safe, and the white color allows for better application control.
STEP 1. Apply permanent gel to clean eyebrow hairs. Cover with a film and leave on for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the hair. Wipe off the gel with a dry cotton pad.
STEP 2. Apply the neutralizing cream, leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Comb your eyebrows into the desired shape. Wipe off the cream with a damp cotton pad. If necessary, you can paint your eyebrows with long-lasting dyes.
STEP 3. Use the applicator to spread the regenerating cream on the eyebrows. Eyebrows should not be wet for 24 hours after the procedure. It is advisable to continue using the cream as a care product.
