Wash and dry your feet thoroughly, paying special attention to between your toes. Apply the mask and rub in. Do not rinse. You can wear socks to enhance the effect. Use 2-3 times a week.
For very dry, cracked feet, use daily for 7 days, then 2-3 times a week.
Exfoliate once a week before applying the mask to remove dead skin cells.
