Massage a small amount of conditioner (Blonde Leave In) into wet hair and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse evenly with water for 15 seconds. with short hair and 30 sec. for long hair. Blow dry up to 80% by hand, then finish blow drying with a brush.
